Crossroads Is Here!
Neighborhood Grills, the company that has brought you Greenlake Bar & Grill, Southlake Grill, Eastlake Bar & Grill and Lake Forest Bar & Grill, now adds its fifth restaurant at the former Chili’s Restaurant site in Crossroads Mall in Bellevue. “The new restaurant will add 30 employees to the new payroll and promoting from within the company to staff our new Crossroads Bar & Grill location,” said Noel Maxey, Marketing Manager for the company. Colin Mager, who currently is the GM at our Lake Forest Bar & Grill, and Jo Ann Poulias, the current General Manager at our Greenlake Bar & Grill will be our co-General Managers. The opening Kitchen Manager at Crossroads is Angel Arevalo, who has been with the company for over twelve years.
Owner, John Schmidt, selected Crossroads Mall as the next Neighborhood Grill’s location.
“We heard the site was available and saw it was a perfect fit for our concept,” John commented. “We are excited about opening up on the eastside and plan on eventually opening more restaurants along the I-405 corridor,” he added. “The Crossroads District is a densely populated family orientated neighborhood that fits our demographic perfectly. Ron Sher and his Crossroads Mall are dedicated to bringing the community together and the Crossroads Bar & Grill will provide yet another opportunity to get together and share a meal, beverage and great conversation.” John concluded.
Neighborhood Grills is a casual family style restaurant that serves high quality, handcrafted food at an affordable price. Menu items include steaks and chicken entrees along with gourmet burgers, fresh seafood, a variety of salads, soups and sandwiches.
All four Neighborhood Grills offer full bar’s with daily happy hour, daily specials, and a variety of beer and wine options. Private dining is available at Eastlake Bar & Grill, Southlake Grill and Lake Forest Bar & Grill. The Crossroads Bar & Grill offers 7200 square feet of dining space including the bar area. A private dining room will seat up to 20 guests and accommodate up to 30 guests for a cocktail style party.
The Menu will include a fabulous selection from Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Sample dishes include: Breakfast- Habanero Huevos Rancheros, Veggie Frittata, Eggs Benedict; Lunch- Coconut-Crusted Prawns, Santa Fe Grilled Cheese, Diabro 1/2 Pounder to “Flash-Fried” Calamari Fingers, Habanero Chicken Mac & Cheese; Dinner- Tiger Prawn & Andouille Sausage Penne, Steaks and Seafood and lots more!
